With over 20 years of healthcare and business experience, Dr. Renee Pennington, DNP is more than qualified to help you personally navigate the new and exciting world of private healthcare practice management.

Dr. Pennington started her healthcare career in 2000 and has since worked in a wide variety of clinical and administrative settings, including private practice.  With a Certification as a Professional Coach (CPC), training through the Medical Group Management Association, and a Doctorate focused on Organizational Healthcare Leadership and Policy Reform, Dr. Pennington shares her knowledge and experience with up-and-coming healthcare entrepreneurs. 

 

One-on-one personal coaching sessions with Dr. Pennington involve a mix of business development strategies as well as work-life balance mentorship for continual professional growth and personal success.
